Employee Incentive Store – Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: The Employee Incentive Store is exclusively available to current employees of PAL Consulting Management LLC. Access to and use of the store are limited to authorized personnel.
Usage Guidelines: All employees utilizing the Employee Incentive Store must adhere to company policies and guidelines regarding appropriate use, including but not limited to product selection and redemption limits.
Points and Rewards: Points earned through the employee incentive program are non-transferable and have no cash value. Rewards available in the store are subject to availability and may be updated or changed without prior notice.
Order Processing: Orders placed through the Employee Incentive Store will be processed promptly, but delivery times may vary. PAL Consulting Management LLC is not responsible for any delays or discrepancies beyond our control.
Product Availability: While we strive to maintain a diverse range of products in the store, availability is subject to stock levels. In the event that a selected item is out of stock, PAL Consulting Management LLC reserves the right to substitute it with a similar item of equal value.
Returns and Exchanges: All sales through the Employee Incentive Store are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted for damaged or defective items, and such claims must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
Privacy and Security: PAL Consulting Management LLC is committed to safeguarding the privacy and security of employee information. Personal details collected for order processing will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
Termination of Program: PAL Consulting Management LLC reserves the right to terminate or modify the Employee Incentive Store program at any time, with or without notice. In the event of program termination, any outstanding points or rewards may be forfeited.
